Ordizi is a sales force automation (SFA) system with no subscription fees or hidden payments. You retain complete control over your data, as the entire suite is deployed directly on your own infrastructure.
Solution Architecture
- Mobile clients (Android): an application designed for field work. It handles order collection, inventory control, processing returns, and GPS coordinate tracking.
- Synchronization service (Windows\Linux): the core of the system. Installed on your hardware, it maintains communication with agents’ mobile devices and synchronizes data with your accounting systems (1C, ERP).

Mobile Application (Client Side)
- Order Processing: Create shipment requests utilizing the client’s purchase history. Select delivery dates, warehouses, and pricing types. Perform real-time inventory checks, adjust line items, and convert units (e.g., packs to pieces) directly during data entry.
- Visit Management: GPS location tracking for check-ins, comprehensive client profiles with contact details, and map integration for route navigation.
- Financial Module: View transaction history, access detailed debt breakdowns per invoice, and collect payments (full or partial).
- Merchandising: Record on-shelf inventory levels and process returns for defective products.
- Reporting: Generate data on created orders and collected payments. Export reports for easy sharing via any messenger or email.
Synchronization Service (Server Side)
- Centralized Data Exchange: Ensures seamless, real-time data transfer between mobile devices and your central accounting system.
- Support for Unlimited Accounting Systems: A single synchronization service can connect to any number of independent accounting systems (e.g., various 1C databases, ERPs, or branch offices).
- Data Isolation: Each accounting system operates in its own isolated environment. Information is strictly separated across databases, enabling independent accounting for different branches or legal entities on a single server with zero risk of data overlap.
Our Services
Ordizi is free software. A basic deployment of the system only requires the resources of your system administrator (for server setup) and an accounting system specialist (to configure data exchange).
