Attention: Before using the Ordizi agent mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”), please read the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully. Installing and using the Software constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for professional and corporate business operations on your mobile device.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent explicitly permitted by applicable law.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
- Use the Software for any unlawful activities or in violation of your employer’s corporate policies.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS IS”)
The Software is provided to you “AS IS” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. The Developer makes no representation that the Software will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, or operate without interruption or errors.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
